Year 2 Camp 2011

There were many activities both indoor and outdoor, for the children to enjoy, Activities included; bush cooking, a low ropes course, flying fox, mini golf, table tennis, basketball courts, trampolines and a recreation hall perfect for discos!

The camp was also a valuable opportunity for children to continue building social relationships and friendships across the Grade 2 cohort. The camp was only a short walk from the picturesque Emerald Lake, where the children enjoyed playing on a fantastic playground and seeing Puffing Billy arrive at Lakeside station.

Our camp to Wombat Corner was a special experience for our Grade 2 children as it was their first school camping experience and a wonderful time was had by all.
